Investment Performance Analyst – Associate 2

About the role

The Investment Performance Associate provides core performance measurement and attribution services supporting internal stakeholders and external clients. The role ensures accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of investment performance data across asset classes, while contributing to operational excellence, client satisfaction, and continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Expert knowledge in Equity, Multi‑Asset and Fixed Income performance and attribution.
• Project management experience and onboarding new clients.
• Deliver client communications and interactions using expert knowledge.
• Liaise with global teams and provide client and stakeholder support.
• Maintain good working knowledge of GIPS compliance.
• Deliver timely change‑management solutions.
• Support a “Risk Excellence” culture within the business.

Required profile

• Analytical thinking with strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex results clearly and concisely.
• Effective time and priority management in a fast‑paced environment.
• Continuous‑improvement mindset, proactively identifying process enhancements.
• Flexibility to support shift‑based or regionally aligned work models.
• Educational background in mathematical‑based subjects preferred.
• Strong experience preferably within an asset‑management house.
• CFA or CIPM certification is beneficial.
