Intake Specialist (Bilingual English‑Spanish) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual (English‑Spanish) Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for our personal injury clients. Working remotely, you will qualify leads, answer questions, and ensure a smooth hand‑off to our pre‑litigation team.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor incoming emails, chats and phone calls for new leads and client inquiries.
• Provide courteous, professional service to callers and guide them through the intake process.
• Set up new client projects in Filevine and organize related documents in Dropbox.
• Record all client interactions, observations and updates in the system.
• Follow up on assigned leads, clean up outdated records, and transfer qualified cases to the Pre‑Litigation department.
• Participate in daily stand‑ups, weekly and monthly meetings.
• Assist with clinic referrals based on client location and close contracts as needed.

Required profile

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Sales or customer‑service background; experience in personal injury law is a plus.
• Reliable PC or laptop with a wired internet connection and a noise‑cancelling headset.
• Ability to work independently in a quiet environment.
