Inside Sales Executive – Digital Payments & Premium Financing

About the role

The Inside Sales Executive will focus on generating new business within the digital payment and retail premium financing markets. Working primarily with retail insurance agents, you will identify opportunities, qualify leads, and close deals to drive revenue growth for a long‑standing U.S. insurance‑technology provider.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and engage retail insurance agencies in the assigned territory through phone, email and CRM outreach.
• Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and strategic lists.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline, reporting weekly, monthly and quarterly to the Business Development Manager.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to execute growth strategies and maintain accurate data in the CRM.
• Stay informed on industry trends and become the trusted advisor for clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SDR, AE, BDR, ISR, OSR, MDR or similar sales roles.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead‑generation and sales quotas.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong relationship‑building abilities and a results‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
