About the role

We are looking for a remote Application Support Engineer who thrives on solving the toughest, ambiguous tickets. You will work with AI‑assisted tools while maintaining full ownership of complex issues, from initial replication to final resolution or clear escalation.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve escalated tickets that involve multiple technologies, misconfigurations, or unclear symptoms.
• Reproduce failures, analyze logs, examine JSON payloads, and interpret HTTP status codes (401, 404, 429, etc.).
• Leverage AI outputs critically, validate findings against documentation, and incorporate them into your troubleshooting workflow.
• Communicate clearly with customers to reduce tension and keep interactions to the minimum necessary.
• Document diagnostic steps and reasoning for future agents and AI workflows.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working in uncertainty.
• Ability to learn multiple products quickly and operate independently without heavy manager reliance.
• Excellent written communication skills for clear customer updates.
