About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Promoter to engage customers at our activation points in Quito. You will explain product or game mechanics, keep participants interested, and ensure a smooth promotional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and interact with customers, clearly explaining the game or product being promoted.
• Animate and sustain the activity throughout the shift, maintaining participants' attention and interest.
• Apply promotional rules accurately, including basic calculations for scores, prizes, and timing.
• Handle prizes, supplies, and promotional materials with honesty and integrity.
• Maintain a clean, uniform appearance according to the brand’s image manual.
• Report any incidents, material consumption, or updates to the direct supervisor.
• Follow occupational health and safety regulations at the activation site.
• Treat all participants with respect and without any form of discrimination.

Required profile

• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than one year of work experience.
• Age between 18 and 25 years.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
