Hybrid Bilingual IT Recruiter (Entry‑Mid Level) – Quito

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Quito. You will be responsible for guiding IT candidates through the full hiring journey, from initial contact to onboarding, while collaborating with international teams and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and extending offers via phone, video and email.
• Develop a deep understanding of both technical and non‑technical positions to effectively assess candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment pipelines in our ATS.
• Partner with hiring managers to design and execute hiring strategies.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular progress reports.
• Support additional HR initiatives such as employer branding and employee experience projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher) – written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or related field.
• Strong organizational, analytical and decision‑making abilities.
• Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience with applicant tracking or talent management systems (ATS/TMS).
