Key responsibilities

• Develop and support talent acquisition and workforce planning strategies.
• Source, evaluate, and interview candidates for remote positions.
• Assist leadership with employee development, retention, and onboarding programs.
• Track workforce analytics, hiring metrics, and performance KPIs.
• Coordinate HR administration, payroll processes, and contractor management.
• Build partnerships with vendors, staffing agencies, and external resources.
• Create recruitment marketing and employer branding content.
• Optimize HR systems, workflows, and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong strategic thinking and communication abilities.
