About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented HR Coordinator to support our recruiting, onboarding, and daily HR operations. This remote position works within U.S. business hours and offers flexibility for a distributed workforce.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and hiring schedules.
- Assist with recruitment campaigns and sourcing activities.
- Organize onboarding materials and maintain employee documentation.
- Keep employee records and HR systems up to date.
- Monitor attendance, KPIs, and productivity data.
- Support payroll preparation and compensation tracking.
- Handle administrative tasks such as emails, messages, and calendar coordination.
- Assist managers with HR reporting and workforce planning.
- Promote positive employee experiences and workplace culture.
- Support internal communication initiatives and HR projects.
Required profile
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in HR, customer service, or administration preferred.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets.
- Familiarity with HR software platforms.
