Hiring Journey Analyst (Remote)

About the role

As a Hiring Journey Analyst at BairesDev, you will be the central point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience. Working fully remotely, you will collaborate with internal teams and external clients to move candidates efficiently through interviews, assessments, and offers.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged.
• Maintain detailed records of applicant information, resumes, assignments, and interview feedback.
• Evaluate candidates’ knowledge, skills, experience, and soft‑skill fit.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews, coordinate interview schedules, coding challenges, and assessments.
• Act as the liaison between candidates and clients during interviews.
• Collect and convey comprehensive candidate information to the staffing team for optimal resource allocation.
