Hiring Journey Analyst (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Hiring Journey Analyst to ensure a smooth, fast, and engaging recruitment experience for candidates worldwide. Working remotely, you will act as the primary liaison between BairesDev and applicants, guiding them through each step of the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with candidates, follow up on their progress, and maintain strong relationships throughout the selection process.
• Maintain detailed records of applicant information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations.
• Assess candidates’ knowledge, skills, experience, and soft‑skill fit for both technical and non‑technical roles.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews, coordinate interview schedules, coding challenges, and assessments.
• Serve as the central point of contact during client interviews, ensuring clear and precise information flow.
• Provide the staffing team with comprehensive candidate data to enable optimal resource allocation.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of candidate information.
• Proven ability to build rapport and influence candidate engagement.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in English.
