About the role
The Health & Metacognition Teacher will join Colegio Menor Quito, a private PG‑12 liberal arts school that offers an English immersion programme. The role focuses on delivering health education and metacognitive learning experiences that support the school’s mission of building intelligent, well‑rounded thinkers, makers and doers.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver health and metacognition lessons within the English immersion curriculum.
- Create customized learning experiences that cater to diverse student needs.
- Uphold the school’s safeguarding policies and participate in required national and international vetting procedures.
- Promote an inclusive environment that respects all races, abilities, religions, genders and cultures.
Required profile
- Qualified teacher with experience or training in health education and metacognition.
- Commitment to child safeguarding and willingness to undergo criminal record checks in relevant jurisdictions.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural school community.
