Head of UX/UI for Fast‑Growing SaaS Startup

About the role

We are seeking a Head of UX/UI to shape the end‑to‑end design experience of a rapidly scaling AI‑native PRM platform. Reporting to the CTO, you will lead a small design team while staying hands‑on in Figma, driving design strategy for a complex B2B SaaS product.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and grow the existing UX/UI design team, establishing high standards for quality and delivery.
• Own the full design process from discovery, wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups to engineering handoff.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to influence product strategy and roadmap.
• Design complex multi‑user experiences yourself, ensuring consistency across the platform.
• Build and evolve a scalable design system in Figma.
• Conduct user research, usability testing and translate findings into actionable design improvements.
• Measure design impact through adoption, engagement and UX metrics.

Required profile

• 6+ years of UX/UI design experience in B2B SaaS environments.
• At least 2 years of experience leading a design team in a fast‑paced startup or small company.
• Proven ability to balance leadership responsibilities with hands‑on design work.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end product design for complex SaaS solutions.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency in Figma, including design systems, components, prototyping and developer handoff.
