Growth Marketer – SaaS & Mobile Apps (Remote)

About the role

Designli is looking for a hands‑on Growth Marketer to partner directly with founders and launch SaaS and mobile‑app products. You will shape brand foundations, build performance campaigns, and create partnership ecosystems, using AI‑assisted tools to accelerate execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies with clear KPIs for each product stage.
• Own branding initiatives, including voice, visual identity, and content standards across client‑facing channels.
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid search, paid social, and app‑store advertising campaigns.
• Build live reporting dashboards to monitor CAC, CPL, ROIs and other performance metrics.
• Manage App Store Optimization for Apple App Store and Google Play.
• Create and maintain social‑media content calendars using AI‑driven creative tools.
• Identify, recruit, and manage influencer and brand‑ambassador partnerships.
• Develop partnership and distribution outreach programs with third‑party channels.
• Produce SEO‑optimized content such as blog posts, landing pages, and local search assets.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing for SaaS or mobile‑app products.
• Proven track record running paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, or app‑store platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with App Store Optimization for both Apple and Google stores.
• Comfortable integrating AI tools into daily workflows for content, reporting, and outreach.
• Strong communication skills and advanced English proficiency.
