Growth Funnel Designer

About the role

Axis Reach, the performance‑marketing division of Industry FinTech, is looking for a Growth Funnel Designer to create and optimise high‑converting landing pages and multi‑step funnels. You will work with U.S.‑based marketing, media‑buying and creative teams to turn ad clicks into qualified investor leads and booked calls.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain landing pages across platforms such as GoHighLevel, Unbounce and Webflow.
• Develop multi‑step lead capture funnels that improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B tests on headlines, layouts, CTAs, forms and user flows.
• Collaborate with media buyers and creatives to launch campaigns efficiently.
• Monitor, analyse and report on conversion metrics using GA4, Hotjar, heatmaps and session recordings.
• Ensure all pages are mobile‑responsive, fast‑loading and optimised for user experience.

Required profile

• Fluent English; ability to work directly with U.S. teams and clients.
• 3+ years of experience building landing pages and conversion funnels for paid media.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating measurable CRO results.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics.
