Growth Engineer (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Growth Engineer to join its remote marketing team. You will experiment, build, and iterate on growth systems, treating the marketing engine as a series of testable loops that can be optimized and scaled.

Key responsibilities

• Design and ship rapid, data‑driven experiments across inbound, de‑anonymization, and personalized outbound channels.
• Prototype and scale website de‑anonymization methods to convert anonymous traffic into qualified leads.
• Test and optimize growth loops to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Collaborate closely with growth, marketing operations, and engineering teams as an embedded member of the marketing function.

Required profile

• Background that blends coding ability with business and marketing fundamentals.
• Strong interest or experience in using Generative AI to run and scale growth experiments.
• Bias toward rapid prototyping and iteration rather than long‑term planning cycles.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
