About the role

The Commercial Manager will lead the promotion and sale of open courses and continuing‑education programs at a leading university. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities, nurturing prospects, and closing deals to achieve defined sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to market courses and open programs.
• Identify, qualify, and follow up on potential clients through the sales funnel.
• Negotiate terms and close sales agreements in a consultative manner.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline using CRM and digital tools.
• Collaborate with academic and marketing teams to align offerings with market demand.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Marketing, International Business or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, service commercialization, or contact‑center environments, preferably with consultative selling.
• Strong result orientation, negotiation skills, and effective communication.
• Customer‑focused mindset with good organizational and planning abilities.
• Proactive, team‑oriented, and able to work independently.
