About the role

The Fund Raising Officer (Loyalty & Retention) will strengthen long‑term relationships with individual donors to secure sustainable fundraising growth for UNICEF Ecuador. The role supports the planning, implementation and monitoring of donor retention, cultivation and value‑maximisation strategies.

Key responsibilities

Support planning and execution of loyalty and retention activities.
Collect and analyse donor data to inform strategy.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
Provide administrative and financial support for fundraising initiatives.

Required profile

First‑level university degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in marketing, promotion or fundraising.
Demonstrated experience supervising people.
Knowledge of donor retention, loyalty and supporter‑engagement strategies.
