Fund Raising Officer – Loyalty & Retention (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

UNICEF Ecuador is looking for a Fund Raising Officer focused on loyalty and retention to strengthen long‑term relationships with individual donors. The role will support the planning, implementation and monitoring of strategies that keep donors engaged and increase their lifetime contribution.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing and executing donor loyalty and retention campaigns across multiple channels (face‑to‑face, telemarketing, digital, DRTV).
• Collect, analyse and report donor data to inform retention strategies.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent donor communication and support.
• Provide administrative and financial assistance related to donor management.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in marketing, promotion or fundraising.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise or coordinate people.
• Knowledge of donor retention, loyalty and supporter engagement strategies.
