Fund Raising Officer (Acquisition)

About the role

UNICEF Ecuador is looking for a Fund Raising Officer (Acquisition) to drive donor acquisition and expand the recurring donor base. Working under the Fundraising Manager, you will coordinate acquisition campaigns across multiple channels and support emergency fundraising efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for planning, implementing, and monitoring acquisition channels.
• Coordinate donor acquisition campaigns and ensure timely execution.
• Conduct regular monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of campaign performance.
• Lead emergency fundraising initiatives targeting individual donors.
• Supervise and coordinate the fundraising team.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration with other units.
• Handle administrative duties related to fundraising activities.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing, promotion or fundraising.
• Proven experience supervising staff.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English.
