Freight Broker

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Freight Broker to join our team in Quito. In this full‑time position you will generate new business, match shippers with carriers and ensure smooth, on‑time deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new customers for freight services.
• Negotiate rates with carriers and shippers to secure competitive pricing.
• Coordinate shipment planning, dispatch drivers and monitor transport progress.
• Maintain and grow long‑term client relationships.
• Identify and develop additional business opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within freight or logistics.
• Familiarity with freight brokerage processes and account management.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional demeanor and team‑oriented attitude.
