Financial Analyst – Financial Planning & Reporting

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Financial Analyst to support our financial planning, reporting and control processes. The role provides accurate and timely financial information that helps senior management make strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare periodic financial reports and conduct variance analysis.
• Analyze costs, expenses and profitability margins.
• Support budgeting and financial forecasting activities.
• Manage billing operations and follow up on collections.
• Perform cash‑flow analysis and contribute to financial optimisation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial and administrative processes.
• Provide strategic financial insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, reporting, billing and collections.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical, organisational and attention‑to‑detail abilities.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with data analysis tools.
