Family Coordinator – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

Meadow is seeking compassionate, organized individuals to join its remote team as Family Coordinators for the LATAM region. You will guide families through every step of the cremation process, ensuring clear communication and thoughtful support from intake to final resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated book of cases, acting as the primary point of contact for families.
• Provide support via phone, text, and email with empathy and professionalism.
• Coordinate transportation, documentation, cremation scheduling, and ashes return.
• Collaborate with teammates to balance workload and cover high‑volume periods.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to keep cases moving efficiently.
• Maintain accurate documentation, update systems promptly, and flag issues proactively.
• Use HubSpot, Aircall, Slack, GSuite, and an internal case‑management system to track progress.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in customer‑facing, operations, or hospitality roles.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Calm, clear communicator who builds trust quickly.
• Empathetic, detail‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Proactive, collaborative, and motivated to support families during critical moments.
