Executive Headhunter (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Executive Headhunter to source, attract, and assess senior‑level talent for our global clients. This remote position will enable you to work from anywhere while partnering with a multicultural team that delivers technology solutions to leading companies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth interviews and evaluations to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and potential.
• Design and execute customized search strategies for executive and senior‑level roles.
• Facilitate offer processes, including salary negotiations and contract discussions.
• Proactively identify and attract top‑tier candidates through networking, referrals, market research, and digital platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in executive search.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience recruiting US candidates for commercial positions.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Strong knowledge of various industries and executive roles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple search assignments.
• Advanced level of English.
