Executive Headhunter – Remote (Full‑time)

About the role

BairesDev® is seeking an experienced Executive Headhunter to lead senior‑level talent acquisition for its global client base. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while partnering with top‑tier companies such as Google and innovative Silicon Valley startups.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth interviews and evaluations to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and potential.
• Design and execute customized search strategies for executive and senior‑level positions.
• Facilitate offer negotiations, salary discussions, and contract finalisation.
• Proactively source top‑tier candidates through networking, referrals, market research, and digital platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in executive search.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience recruiting U.S. candidates for commercial roles.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Broad knowledge of various industries and executive roles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
