Especialista Senior ServiceNow (Remoto)

About the role

We are looking for a senior ServiceNow specialist to lead the technical architecture of a global platform. The role is fully remote and focuses on integrating monitoring data, automating critical IT processes, and improving operational resilience through advanced automation and AIOps.

Key responsibilities

• Design integration architecture using MID Server, IntegrationHub, and Scripted REST for external monitoring tools.
• Configure advanced Event Management, including correlation, suppression, and topology‑based grouping.
• Automate ITSM and Major Incident Management lifecycles with Flow Designer, Playbooks, and Business Rules.
• Develop complex technical components such as modular Script Includes, Transform Maps, and custom APIs.
• Maintain data model integrity aligned with CSDM principles.
• Lead end‑to‑end testing, coordinate deployments, and enforce change‑control standards.
• Implement observability dashboards to monitor alert suppression effectiveness and integration health.
• Set quality and security standards, guide the team technically, and document recovery plans.

Required profile

• More than 5 years of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow, focusing on ITOM (Event Management) and ITSM.
• Proven ability to design and deliver large‑scale integration and automation solutions.
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and ITIL 4 certification.
