Entry Level Software Developer – Remote AI Training

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a paid, fully remote AI training program. As an Entry Level Software Developer you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate its quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the model’s performance. The work is asynchronous and project‑based, allowing flexible hours up to 40 per week.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and best‑practice compliance.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level or senior accepted).
• Legal authorization to work in any listed Latin American country.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
