English‑Spanish Medical Interpreter (Remote)

About the role

Kreato Language Group LLC is seeking a full‑time remote English‑Spanish Medical Interpreter to join its blended Over‑the‑Phone Interpretation (OPI) and Video Remote Interpretation (VRI) team. You will facilitate accurate communication between healthcare providers and patients across medical, social services, customer service, and financial contexts.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consecutive interpretation over phone and video between English and Spanish.
• Interpret medical, social services, customer service, and financial calls with precision.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Maintain a professional work environment with required hardware and software.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Proven remote interpretation experience in both languages.
• Relevant certification in medical interpretation or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
• Ability to work full‑time, five days a week (two days off).
