About the role

Join Colegio Menor Quito, a private PG‑12 liberal arts school, as an English Language & Literature Teacher. You will be part of Nord Anglia Education’s English immersion programme, delivering engaging, high‑quality instruction to a diverse student body.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver curriculum for English language and literature across primary and secondary levels.
• Create differentiated learning experiences that cater to varied abilities and cultural backgrounds.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate interdisciplinary projects and uphold the school’s values of goodness, beauty, and truth.
• Participate in safeguarding duties and adhere to all national and international vetting procedures.

Required profile

• Relevant teaching qualification and experience in English language and literature education.
• Commitment to inclusive education, respecting all races, abilities, religions, genders, and cultures.
• Strong communication skills and ability to foster a safe, happy learning environment.
• Willingness to undergo criminal record checks in current and previous countries of residence.

Required skills

• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
