About the role
The company is looking for an Employee Relations Coordinator to support employee engagement, workplace communication, and conflict resolution. This fully remote position works during U.S. business hours and helps create a positive employee experience across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Support employee relations initiatives and internal communications.
- Assist employees with HR‑related questions and concerns.
- Coordinate onboarding, employee engagement activities, and interview scheduling.
- Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and payroll coordination.
- Track employee satisfaction metrics and performance KPIs.
- Promote company culture through recognition programs.
- Handle administrative tasks and collaborate with leadership to improve retention.
Required profile
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Strong conflict‑resolution and relationship‑building skills.
- Organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Experience in HR, employee relations, or customer support is preferred.
