Email Platform Migration Specialist

About the role

Power Digital is seeking a hands‑on Email Migration & MarTech Consultant to lead end‑to‑end email platform migrations. You will act as the subject‑matter expert, guiding clients through technical infrastructure setup, ESP onboarding, data migration, and deliverability configuration.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle for email and SMS migrations, from discovery through go‑live and post‑migration QA.
• Conduct client kick‑offs, define migration timelines, and manage stakeholder communications.
• Configure DNS, domain settings, DKIM, SPF, and DMARC for target platforms.
• Build integrations, resolve identity mapping, and design automation architecture.
• Execute list migrations, cut‑over sequencing, and final handoff to clients.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Independent contractor mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
• Comfort with complex technical projects and a sense of urgency.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Iterable, Braze, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Drip, and Klaviyo.
• Strong knowledge of DNS, DKIM, SPF, and DMARC configuration.
• Proficiency in integration architecture, identity resolution, list migration, and automation design.
