Electromechanical Technician – Full‑time

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Electromechanical Technician to join our workshop in Cuenca. The successful candidate will perform electrical installations, welding, and maintenance tasks with a high degree of autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Execute electrical installations including cabling, panels, outlets, lighting and wiring.
• Perform autogenous and electrode welding on metal structures.
• Cut, grind, polish and finish metal components according to drawings.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on existing equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workshop, ensuring tools are in good condition.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and wear required personal protective equipment.

Required profile

• Technical training in electromechanics, industrial electricity, mechanics or welding (technical degree, technologist or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in electrical installations.
• Proficiency in autogenous and electrode welding.
• Ability to read basic measurements and technical drawings.
• Experience using power tools such as grinders, drills and saws.
• Responsible, neat and capable of solving problems independently.
• Residence in Cuenca.
