Electrical Engineer Expert – Remote Contract

About the role

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer Expert to work remotely on a contract basis. The specialist will create high‑quality multiple‑choice assessment items and accompanying explanations for electrical engineering topics, supporting the development of AI‑driven training data.

Key responsibilities

• Design and curate single‑option multiple‑choice questions within your area of electrical engineering expertise.
• Write clear, concise explanations and detailed rubrics for each question.
• Review and validate the technical accuracy of AI‑generated content related to electrical engineering concepts.
• Collaborate asynchronously with the project team to refine question quality and maintain subject‑matter standards.
• Provide actionable feedback on AI performance based on domain knowledge.
• Document and communicate technical concepts in written form for diverse audiences.
• Contribute to evolving workflow processes that optimize AI training data relevance and clarity.

Required profile

• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Subject‑matter expertise in at least one of: analog circuits, digital circuits, RF, or power electronics with a focus on integrated circuits.
• Proven experience in educational content creation, rubric design, or assessment development.
• Background in teaching, tutoring, or facilitating learning in electrical engineering is a strong plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project milestones.
• Comfort with remote, asynchronous collaboration tools.
