About the role
Floricola Rosalinda is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive the growth of its high‑quality rose business in the Tabacundo area. You will work directly with customers, develop new business opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction with our products and services.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities for roses.
- Manage key accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
Required profile
- Minimum of one year of proven experience selling roses.
- Technical or professional education (minimum).
- At least two years of overall sales experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Goal‑oriented, able to work under pressure.
- Intermediate English or Russian is a plus.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office (intermediate proficiency).
