About the role

ISP is seeking a dedicated Early Years Teacher to join our vibrant learning community. You will be responsible for creating a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their development and love of learning.

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement age‑appropriate lesson plans and activities.
Assess and monitor each child’s progress and developmental milestones.
Maintain a safe, caring, and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student wellbeing and progress.

Required profile

Strong background in early childhood education and instructional practice.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
Commitment to safeguarding, health & safety, and ISP’s inclusive values.
