Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant to help our clients implement and optimise Dynamics 365 Sales solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate their needs into effective system configurations and ensure successful adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse client requirements for Dynamics 365 Sales.
• Design, configure and customise Dynamics 365 Sales solutions.
• Provide training and ongoing support to end‑users.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
• Conduct system testing, validation and quality assurance.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Sales implementations.
• Strong understanding of CRM best practices.
• Ability to analyse data and generate reports.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
