About the role

We are looking for a passionate bilingual preschool teacher to join our Christian early‑learning centre in Quito. The successful candidate will support the holistic development of young children in a nurturing, faith‑based environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate bilingual curriculum for children aged 0‑5.
• Create a safe, stimulating classroom that encourages creativity and social interaction.
• Communicate regularly with families about children’s progress and needs.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to maintain a cohesive educational program.
• Ensure compliance with centre policies and local education regulations.

Required profile

• Degree in Early Childhood Education, Kindergarten, or a related field.
• Certificate proving English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• At least one year of experience in early childhood education.
• Strong sense of responsibility, creativity, and service orientation.
• Ability to work well in a team and engage with families.

Required skills

• English language proficiency (B2 or higher).
