Director of Translational Immuno-Oncology

About the role
We are looking for a hands‑on scientific leader to direct early translational validation efforts in immuno‑oncology. The role will guide feasibility studies and drive the pursuit of SBIR and Department of Defense (DoD) funding pathways.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and lead translational validation projects from concept through early proof‑of‑concept.
- Design and execute feasibility studies that align with SBIR and DoD program requirements.
- Prepare and submit grant proposals to secure SBIR and DoD funding.
- Serve as Principal Investigator on funded projects, ensuring compliance with sponsor regulations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional scientific and regulatory teams to advance project milestones.
Required profile
- Proven experience in translational immuno‑oncology research.
- Eligibility to serve as Principal Investigator on SBIR and DoD programs.
- Strong track record of securing external research funding.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a fast‑paced environment.
