Digital Marketing Assistant

About the role

Grupecu is looking for a full‑time Digital Marketing Assistant to join its Guayaquil office. This hands‑on position supports online marketplaces, coordinates digital marketing activities, and analyses performance data to boost product visibility across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise product listings on various online marketplaces and digital platforms.
• Analyse listing and campaign performance using KPIs and data‑driven insights.
• Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with the internal design team to produce banners, product visuals and other marketing assets.
• Assist with keyword optimisation and overall online presence improvement.
• Identify process improvements and new growth opportunities across digital channels.
• Collaborate with colleagues in an international, multi‑market environment.

Required profile

• Minimum English level B2.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, e‑commerce or online marketplaces.
• Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics.
• Strong interest in data analysis and optimisation.
• Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Photoshop or Canva) or willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working in an international setting.
• Proactive, organised, analytical and detail‑oriented.
• Critical thinker with good communication and teamwork skills.
