Digital Marketing Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical and client‑focused Digital Marketing Account Manager to own a portfolio of 15‑20 client accounts. This hands‑on role involves optimizing Google Business Profiles, executing local SEO initiatives, and delivering measurable improvements in local search visibility for businesses in storage, parking, RV, boat storage, and other local service sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize and maintain Google Business Profiles for multiple client locations, ensuring accurate information, categories, photos, posts, and attributes.
• Execute local SEO strategies, monitor NAP consistency, manage citations, and implement review generation and reputation management.
• Independently manage a client portfolio, conduct monthly performance review meetings, and present insights in a clear, non‑technical manner.
• Prepare monthly performance reports, track local search rankings and engagement metrics, and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Select, implement, and manage digital marketing tools, recommend new platforms and workflow improvements, and stay current with Google Business Profile updates.
