Demand & Supply Analyst

About the role

Continental is seeking a proactive Demand & Supply Analyst to join its regional Supply Chain team supporting Central and South American operations. The analyst will ensure product availability, accurate forecasting, and smooth execution across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain material master data in the ERP system, guaranteeing accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare and analyse supply‑chain reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Support S&OP and S&OE processes by providing reliable sales and demand forecasts.
• Monitor local production and import flows to ensure on‑time product availability.
• Manage inter‑company export processes, coordinating with plants and logistics teams.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects and drive efficiency initiatives in the Demand & Supply area.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning or a similar role.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) is a plus.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Portuguese is a strong advantage.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and comfortable working in a team‑driven environment.
