Delivery Manager (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a remote Delivery Manager to lead a large, distributed team of Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and Software Engineers serving more than 30 US‑based clients. You will be responsible for ensuring delivery excellence, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving business growth across a portfolio of enterprise projects.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and guide a team of 5‑10 Project Managers, ensuring adherence to processes and high‑quality teamwork.
• Oversee a broader group of up to 300 professionals, including Scrum Masters and engineers, across multiple client engagements.
• Own P&L for the delivery area, managing budgets and financial performance.
• Facilitate clear, professional communication between Project Managers and clients.
• Escalate HR‑related issues to the HR Business Partner and present complex problems to Account Managers.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the IT/Tech industry.
• Proven experience leading teams of Project Managers.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
