Data Labeling Expert - Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Data Labeling Expert to join our fast‑growing AI infrastructure company. Working remotely, you will annotate PDF documents to help train machine‑learning models that extract structured information from complex files.

Key responsibilities

• Draw precise bounding boxes around entities such as text, tables, figures, captions, headers and key‑value pairs in PDF documents.
• Classify annotated elements according to detailed project guidelines.
• Maintain tight, accurate bounding boxes and correct reading order across multi‑column layouts, forms, tables and rotated pages.
• Follow annotation standards consistently and flag ambiguous cases for review.
• Ensure confidentiality and comply with data‑security policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Technology, Engineering or Data‑related preferred).
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in data annotation, labeling or similar tasks (optional but advantageous).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex guidelines.
• Basic understanding of document structures such as text blocks, tables and forms.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining high accuracy.
