Data Engineer (Remote)

About the role

INDI is seeking a proactive Data Engineer to join its Analyst team. You will work in multicultural, globally distributed squads, building data pipelines and visualisations that empower end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and source data.
• Cleanse, transform and model data, creating Tableau datasets, reports and dashboards.
• Present deliverables to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Deploy and maintain Tableau reports and dashboards, using analyst parameters.
• Maintain and optimise SQL Server stored procedures and queries.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Data Engineer.
• At least 1 year hands‑on experience with Tableau administration, licensing, security and deployment.
• Strong understanding of relational data modelling.
• Analytical mindset, hands‑on approach and proven ability to deliver on commitments.
• Excellent organisational skills and methodical documentation habits.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
