Data Engineer (Remote)

About the role

INDI is seeking a proactive Data Engineer to join its Analyst team. You will work with multicultural, globally distributed teams to design, build, and deliver data solutions that empower end‑users and support business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and query data sources.
• Cleanse, transform, and shape data to create Tableau datasets, reports, and dashboards.
• Present completed visualisations and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
• Deploy data assets, reports, and dashboards in Tableau, using analyst parameters.
• Maintain and optimise SQL Server stored procedures and queries.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Data Engineer.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience with Tableau administration, licensing, security and deployment.
• Strong understanding of relational data modelling.
• Analytical mindset, hands‑on approach, and ability to deliver on commitments.
• Excellent organisational skills and methodical documentation practices.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
