Customer Success Manager – Enterprise SaaS

About the role

AltScore is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the full lifecycle of enterprise customers across Latin America. You will partner with product, engineering, sales and finance to ensure clients achieve their financing goals while driving growth for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end customer journey from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
• Drive Net Dollar Retention (NDR) by identifying usage growth and leading expansion initiatives.
• Act as the voice of the customer, influencing product roadmap and feature prioritisation.
• Analyse data to anticipate risks, surface signals and shape long‑term strategy.
• Collaborate with Sales and Delivery to unblock complex deals and ensure seamless integration of the Rails of Lending platform.
• Build high‑trust C‑level relationships through regular in‑person visits across LatAm.
• Contribute to the CS playbook, improving standards and processes as the company scales.

Required profile

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management or Consulting, preferably in enterprise SaaS or fintech.
• Strong understanding of API‑based products and lending infrastructure; HubSpot experience is a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish and English with executive‑level communication skills.
• Data‑driven mindset; comfortable tracking churn, NDR and adoption metrics.
• Self‑starter who takes ownership of targets and solves problems without waiting for direction.
• Willingness to travel occasionally across Latin America.
