Customer Service Representative (Underwriting)

About the role

Join the Customer Excellence team of a leading insurance service provider. As an Underwriting Customer Service Representative you will handle inbound and outbound calls, process payments, and support policy administration while gaining valuable industry experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls for general inquiries.
• Process payments, address billing questions, and input data into the policy administration system.
• Handle status updates, policy changes, and attach signed forms to policies.
• Follow company communication guidelines and procedures with minimal supervision.
• Meet customer service targets and case handling quotas.
• Assist with reporting and other ad‑hoc tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• High School Diploma.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong prioritisation and multitasking efficiency.
• Immediate availability.
