Customer Service Representative (English Required)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented Customer Service Representative to support a fast‑growing trucking company. The role is fully remote and requires fluent English communication to ensure smooth interactions between drivers, shippers, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update load and delivery schedules in the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Enter and verify data for Bills of Lading, invoices, Proof of Delivery, and rate confirmations.
• Communicate regularly with drivers to monitor status, resolve issues, and confirm route instructions.
• Contact shippers to confirm load details, pickup times, and delivery windows, and follow up on shipment status.
• Assist with dispatch tasks, monitor email inboxes, and promptly respond to time‑sensitive inquiries.
• Escalate urgent matters to management as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent English (spoken and written) – C1/C2 level or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in a call‑center or customer‑service environment is preferred.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to work flexible hours aligned with U.S. time zones.
