About the role
UPS is seeking a Customer Service Representative for its CHB (Customs, Handling & Brokerage) team. In this role you will support the preparation, verification, and processing of shipping documentation while providing advanced administrative support to internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Examine commercial invoices, international bills of lading, and other shipping documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Research and correct errors caused by incorrect pre‑advise information.
- Compile and archive paper or electronic shipping documents to meet government regulations.
- Prepare complex reports and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
- Perform data analysis with MS Access and other database applications.
- Provide general office support, including phone handling, mail distribution, conference‑room reservations, and meeting coordination.
Required profile
- High School Diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
- At least 2 years of office or warehouse support experience (preferred).
- Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and effective written/oral communication.
- Accurate and rapid data‑entry skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
