Customer Partner

About the role

Kyndryl is seeking a Customer Partner to lead strategic account management, deepen executive relationships, and drive growth across its largest customers. You will act as the trusted advisor for top‑level executives, ensuring Kyndryl’s solutions deliver measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies that increase revenue and reduce churn.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with sales, solution, and delivery teams to deliver end‑to‑end proposals.
• Own the P&L for assigned accounts, monitoring profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance and uphold Kyndryl’s reputation in all interactions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise account management or partner roles.
• Strong ability to build trusted relationships with C‑level executives.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on proactive growth and renewal protection.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
