Creator & Community Manager

About the role

FlipaClip is seeking a Creator & Community Manager to grow and nurture relationships with animation creators worldwide. The role will focus on identifying talent, managing creator programs, and driving community initiatives that inspire millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and recruit animation creators on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and other platforms.
• Maintain a structured creator database and evaluate creators using internal frameworks.
• Lead outreach, relationship management and ongoing communication with creators.
• Organise and host Creator Talks, documenting insights for internal teams.
• Coordinate creator campaigns from briefing to content delivery and publication.
• Review creator content for brand quality and campaign alignment.
• Track campaign performance using tracking links, promo codes and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Growth, Product and Social teams to share feedback and generate new content ideas.
• Help plan and launch community initiatives such as contests, challenges and virtual events.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, community or content marketing.
• Strong passion for animation and creator culture.
• Familiarity with animation communities on major social platforms.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
• C1/C2 English proficiency, written and spoken.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple creator relationships.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
